Chuck Gartman has earned degrees from Howard Payne University (B.S.) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M. Div.). He was hired in 2002 to teach at Howard Payne University. Previously to this, he taught at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Southern Seminary.
Mr. Gartman's honors include Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, The Elsie Rives Award for Outstanding Field Service Work, 4 Achievement of Excellence Awards at LifeWay Christian Resources, and a Certificate of Excellence in Teaching from HPU. Mr. Gartman has also published "Potential Youth Worker Manual", "Youth Sunday School for a New Century", "Devotionals for Guys Who Like Movies", as well as numerous other articles and devotionals. He currently attends the First Baptist Church of Brownwood and operates "Go To" Youth Ministry, Inc.
Mr. Gartman teaches in the area of Youth Ministry.
